Hank Cecil, LCSW, serves as chair of the Kentucky Board of Social Work and is a licensed clinical social worker. He is the founder and owner of Starship Care, LLC. He retired from Four Rivers Behavioral Health (CMHC) in Paducah, KY, where he served in clinical and crisis work with children and adults for over 20 years. He served as quality assurance director, HIPAA compliance officer, and IT director.
He holds an MSW from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Murray State University, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management.
