On day two, we shift toward building readiness for actionable strategies for racial equity and social justice in social work regulation. Reflecting on yesterday’s insights, this hour focuses on the inclination for inclusive practices, the necessity of implicit bias training, fairness in laws, and the impact of anti-racism and reconciliation efforts.
