Janeen Steel is a civil rights attorney and the founder and former Executive Director of the Learning Rights Law Center, an organization dedicated to ensuring equitable education for students with disabilities. Janeen has extensive experience navigating education systems with testing accommodations and has used her lived experience to shape a career advocating for educational justice. Her work centers on empowering students and families through legal advocacy and systemic reform. Janeen has a learning disability, dyslexia and ADHD.
